By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform 5h5h, available at 5h5h.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and freely and expressly agree to all the Terms and Conditions set out herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each product available on the platform.

Acceptance of this document takes place at the time of registration, by clicking the "Create Account" button or equivalent, and from that point constitutes a binding agreement between you and the 5h5h. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the platform's services.

The 5h5h reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and in-platform notification at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the services of 5h5h, the user must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information on the registration form;
• Hold a Brazilian bank account or Pix key in your own name for deposits and withdrawals;
• Not currently serving any self-exclusion period on any betting platform;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of a collaborator at 5h5h.

The 5h5h follows identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures in line with industry best practices. Documents such as a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and in some cases a selfie with ID may be requested to release withdrawals or increase deposit limits. Verification is processed within 24 business hours.

The name, CPF, and personal details registered on the account cannot be changed after the initial identity verification, except upon formal request accompanied by supporting documentation. Unverified accounts have a withdrawal limit of R$ 500.00 per month.

The 5h5h operates exclusively with Brazilian payment methods. Accepted methods include:

• Pix — primary method, instant deposits and withdrawals 24/7;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processing within up to 2 business days for credit;
• Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — credited within 30 minutes;
• TED Bank Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and all other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit per transaction, but the 5h5h may request additional verification for deposits above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

The 5h5h reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above R$ 2,000.00. Withdrawals that do not meet the current bonus rollover requirements will be temporarily held until the requirement is fulfilled.

Every bet placed on the platform is binding and irrevocable once confirmed. The wagered amount is immediately deducted from the account balance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final, regardless of any subsequent changes. The 5h5h reserves the right to void bets in cases of evident technical error or clearly incorrect odds.

• Minimum bet per event: R$ 2.00;
• Parlay bets (combined): minimum of 2 selections, maximum of 15 selections;
• Maximum win per single bet: R$ 500,000.00;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets are voided and the amount is returned to your balance;
• To be considered valid, a football match must have at least 90 minutes completed, unless otherwise specified in the market's specific rules.

Live betting is available for most sports events on the platform. Live odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments of play (goals, penalties, red cards). The 5h5h is not liable for live bets not confirmed due to connection issues on the user's end.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, hedging bets solely to meet rollover requirements, or any other behavior that constitutes systematic exploitation of promotions — will result in bonus cancellation and account review. The 5h5h reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time, while honoring bonuses already granted.

The 5h5h is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all users, accessible directly in the account settings:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly, configurable at any amount above the minimum. A limit increase takes effect after 7 days; a reduction is immediate;
• Loss limit: sets the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period, blocking bets and games once the limit is reached;
• Session limit: sets the maximum continuous usage time per session on the platform;
• Temporary break: suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with no option for early reversal;

The 5h5h VIP Program 5h5h consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and is based on the total betting volume placed on the platform each month. Tier progression is automatic based on each category's criteria.

VIP Program benefits include weekly cashback (from 5% at Bronze up to 20% at Diamond), priority withdrawals, improved odds on selected games, early access to round tips, poker tables with reduced rake, and exclusive freerolls for members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 5h5h:

• Creating or using more than one user account with the same CPF or on behalf of third parties;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during the registration or verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools that interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illicit financial activity through the platform;
• Collusion in poker or any form of cooperation between players to gain an unfair advantage over other users;
• Exploiting bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors to obtain undue gains;
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward support team members;

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in: temporary account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and notification to the relevant authorities where required by law. All content available on the platform 5h5h — including but not limited to: logo, brand name, content, tip analyses, graphics, interfaces, source code, design, and features — is the exclusive property of 5h5h or its licensed partners.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content on the platform is prohibited without prior express written authorization. Access to the platform grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service solely for personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

The 5h5h offers its platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 2 hours in advance, and emergency outages may occur without prior notice. The 5h5h will make every reasonable effort to minimize any disruption.

The 5h5h is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Internet or device connectivity issues on the user's end that prevent access to the platform;
• Live bets not confirmed due to a connection failure on the user's end;
• Indirect, consequential damages, or lost profits of any kind.

In any case, the maximum liability of the 5h5h toward an individual user is limited to the balance available in their account on the date of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The 5h5h may review and update these Terms at any time. Substantial changes — those affecting users' rights, obligations, or limitations — will be communicated via the registered email address and a platform notification at least 15 (fifteen) days before they take effect.

Changes made solely to bring the document into compliance with new legal or regulatory requirements may take effect immediately, accompanied by simultaneous notice to the user. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update clearly indicated at the top of the document.

If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account as described in Section 14. Continued use of the platform after the new rules take effect constitutes full acceptance of the changes.

You can request account closure at any time by emailing suporte@5h5h.best. The request will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, your full available balance (excluding any bonus with an unmet rollover requirement) will be transferred via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name.

The 5h5h may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team;
• Court order or request from a competent authority.

In the event of termination due to a Terms violation, the 5h5h reserves the right to hold pending balances for review, in accordance with applicable law and anti-money laundering procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from use of the platform 5h5h shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

Before any legal action, the user agrees to seek an amicable resolution through the support channel of 5h5h. The platform commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days with a proposed resolution. Complaints not resolved internally may be referred to the appropriate consumer protection authorities, including Procon and the Consumidor.gov.br portal.

The 5h5h operates in compliance with Brazilian legislation applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector, including the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018) and the specific regulations governing the fixed-odds betting market in Brazil.
